Domus Prati is a welcoming bed and breakfast established in 2014 in one of the most charming and central neighborhoods of Rome, just a stone′s throw away from the historic city center and the Vatican. The establishment is perfect for tourists who wish to experience the authentic atmosphere of the Eternal City, while enjoying all the comforts and services necessary for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
Today, the management is entrusted to a young couple who have taken over the business less than a year ago. In this short period, the new owners have worked diligently to bring continuous improvements, striving to personalize the experience of each guest. The goal is to make everyone who stays here feel at home, but in another city, in a warm and familiar environment.

The Structure

Domus Prati offers guests family, double and single rooms, located in a condominium in the residential district of Prati.
The rooms are carefully and stylishly furnished and equipped with air conditioning, a private bathroom with all courtesy items, including a hairdryer. Cleaning is carried out every day and for stays exceeding 3 nights, a complete linen change is also offered.
Coffee and tea are always available just outside the room and if requested when booking, an excellent Italian breakfast is also served, with always fresh croissants.

Before arrival, customers receive a message via WhatsApp with all the necessary information about the facility, including a detailed video that explains step by step how to independently access the B&B, for a convenient arrival at the preferred time.
During the stay, the managers are available at any time for requests, advice on restaurants, itineraries, or practical suggestions on how to get around the city. In addition, the staff is always present in the morning to ensure a quality breakfast, take care of the cleanliness of the facility, and provide assistance to guests.
The facility is not located within the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) and can be reached by car. In the area, there are on-street parking and private parking available.
